Checkpoint 360°™
What Is the CheckPoint 360° Survey?
The CheckPoint 360° survey harnesses the collective feedback of direct reports, colleagues, supervisors, and others collaborating with your leaders, empowering them to enhance their performance and achieve strategic objectives.
By assessing observable behaviors in the eight fundamental management competencies and 18 skill sets, the survey sheds light on a leader's performance. Additionally, it uncovers alignment opportunities between the leader and the organizational strategy.
Organizations can leverage the survey feedback to identify talents, pinpoint talent gaps, and focus on areas that require personalized development plans.
The CheckPoint 3-Step
1. Create a Circle of Leadership Influencers
Formulate a select reference group to provide valuable feedback on the leader's performance. This group should consist of individuals who regularly interact with the manager or leader. Determine the specific categories they fall into: peers, direct reports, supervisors, and other relevant parties such as clients, vendors, or contractors. The feedback provided by all participants will remain confidential except for the ratings provided by the leaders and supervisors.
2. Evaluate Leadership Competencies and Skills
Participants will be invited to participate in an online survey where they can assess the leader's competencies and observed behaviors. In addition, leaders will complete a self-evaluation online.
3. Get Actionable Insights
Through a user-friendly and comprehensive set of reports, the person under evaluation and their supervisors can access valuable insights that can help enhance their leadership and management abilities.
